okay guys this is my diet plan tell me if its not a good idea: just eat what ever i want for the school year, almost kinda pig out. lol. eat what ever is in reach. but when summer rolls around ask my parents to send me to a weight loss camp. i figure that im already overweight i have a little gut big hips and thighs so why not? so far to day i have eaten over 950 calories. ALSO TELL ME IS THOSE WEIGHT LOSS CAMPS REALLY WORK OR IF IN THE MEAN TIME THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO! THANKS 5'0 122-135
