OMG, i just came back from cardio and karate, and we did jump kicks the whole time, my knees REALLY hurt, is this normal?? Aslo we're doing the same thing Wednesday, and i have to run track sat. at 7:45 AM!!!! and then cardio, then begginner karate, then Advanced, I'm afraid I'm going to be in pain ALL week i dont want to! I'm 5'5 and i weigh 235 pounds. and this is soo getting on my nerves that my teacher is making me do this kind of stuff!!!
