im down 5 lbs this week :) im trying to lose fat before i start gaining muscle because my muscle obviously weighs more than my fat....ive had a 4 pack to a six pack since 7th grade (not like a guys though) bc of my obcessive crunches and from cheerleading conditioning!! i dont really care about muscle as much as i care about being thin...right now im 5'6 and my chest is 37" waist is 27" and hips are 37"...i want to get to 37"-25"-37...and from 141 (was 146) to 125 or 130....i just wanna look goooooood :) lol also...i might have lost even more cause im on my period so i might have some extra water weight <3
