If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Jennifer, Age 14 hey..i was wondering if this sound bad....breakfast-yogurt w/grapenuts in it, lunch-2 pieces of turkey, a pear, and a 100 calorie chips ahoy pack, snack-peach, dinner-potato soup, roll, and green beans....now i think thats good..but then i had cookie cake and milk (kinda alot too) and i ran 1 mile, and walked 1 mile! how is this? |
