i hve a question. Lately i have not really been hungry, or felt like eating at all. I'm not depressed... well maybe slightly, bu tnothing bad. i know i should eat more fruits and vegetables and everythihng because i guarantee i am not getting the nutrition i need. however, i've lost 5 more lbs and i feel like this isn't so bad and i want to lose the weight so bad now i dont even care. My daily diet usually is the same too... its fat free yogurt with hot chocolate in the morning, then a boca burger with parmasan, fat free cheese and ketchup lettuce and pickel when i comme home from school with another cup hot chocolate and fat free cool whip.. then the rest of the day alll i'll do is chew gum and drink diet pop. Not good, I know. I just don tknow what to do... i'm losing, im not hungry, but not getting nutrients! I think im also afraid if i start eating too much again i'll gain. help!
