please tell me if my day was AT LEAST OKAYYY? i woke up and had a instant breakfast drink and a yogurt...lunch i had water and a muffin....no snacks...dinner i had two servings of spaghetti...i did 50 min of pilates in the morning before school and did a 4 mile walk after school...is that okay or will it not help me in the long run?? <3
