Hi! I posted a message on here a long time ago. Since then I have gained weight. I have decided I just want to fit in my jeans comfortably. If anyone has any suggestions on exercise rutins or diets please reply. I would like to lose ten to twenty pounds by Thanksgiving week or Christmas. P.S.I reccomend to anyone who thinks they are fat, to visit their doctor to see if they have more fat thn muscle. For those who don't know, fat weighs less than muscle.
