Message Replying To From Catherine, Age 15 Here is what I ate today: Breakfast: Special K redberries w/skim milk. Lunch:at school I had a small bag of peanuts, then came home and had string cheese and a bluberry yogurt. Dinner: Lean Cusine pizza, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. Dessert: a skinny cow ice cream sandwich. That equals 1,200 calories. Also, I walked for an hour and a half around my neighborhood. Does this all sound good??? |
