im going to only weigh myself every friday...it seems to help me lose bc im not thinking about the # as much...last week i lost 4.5 lbs and i went down to 141.5 and im 5'6...i havent had to reallllllly change the way i eat bc i typically dont eat that much....i just started eating healthier stuff ya know?...i wanna lose enough weight so im down to 128 or somehing....i want my measurements to be chest-36 waist-25 hips-36 and right now im at chest-36 waist-28 hips-37...ive been doing 1 hour of speed walking and 1 hour of pillates everyday...30 min of each in the AM and 30 min each in the PM....but today im planning on doing more lol....cheer practice starts in 2 weeks and im excited bc i went from freshman cheer straight to varsity this year and im a sophmore...im glad i got my standing tuck for try outs!! :)
