If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Adrienne, Age 16 today i did pillates and crunches...i had 3 pancakes with nothing on them for breakfast :x and veggies for lunch and 1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat bread and a bannana for dinner...tomorrow is a weekday so i have to start working out 2 hours a day againnnn |
