i think i did kinda bad today but i dunno what do u guys think? b-yogurt mixed with low fat granola,l- salad with fat free dressing a bun , turkey and pickles, and a diet a and w soda with fat free cool whip, d- same thing as lunch lol and then a fat free fudge bar. ( swiss miss) ps- did good on the gum thing, tried that trident orange stuff its good! and i didnt' chdew the whol pack cuz i knew that would kill my stomach and yes!
