If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Adrienne, Age 16 speed walked for an hour and pillates for 30 min today...plus some crunches...but i ate a bannana..2 cookies...2 pieces of pizza...one brownie...and a salad...grrr my goal is to still lose 5 more lbs this week so i need to buckle down and eat less and more healthy...plus exersize twice a dayyyy...wish me luck |
