My weight has fluctuated over the past two years. I am 5'4" and I weigh anywhere between 120(lowest weight I've been at so far) to 145. Lately, I've been at a steady weight of about 133-135. I know I'm not fat, but I am overweight for my small frame. Every Thursday and Sunday, my close group of girlfriends and I all go out to dinner at a restaurant. This is a ritual for us, because most of us are at different schools right now and it's hard to see each other as often as we'd like. When we first started doing this, I GAINED so much weight! Restaurant portions are huge and everything seems so fattening! Thankfully, I've found a trick. I usually order a salad with some sort of chicken in it, and I ask for the dressing on the side so they don't put to much and I can limit how much is on there! I'm trying a protein diet right now, so I can build up muscle. I am trying to get back into the habit of exercising for 30 minutes twice a day, 3-4 times a week.
