If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Erika, Age 15 hey guys!!! iam 5-5,& weight 140. i dont think im too fat,i do work out 2/4 hrs a day. i go hiking,skating, and i run every day. but its not the body i want. i dont like the fact that i have roles.i want to have abdominals if you know what i mean........if anyone can give me some advice that would be GREAT.!!! thanX |
