guys i really think i did pretty good today..ok well i stuck to my diet perfectly and as a change for myself i acutally exersiced which i will now do every night .i walked a mile and a quarter did a half hour of taebo did 60 crunches 40 jumping jacks 10 leg lifts and stretches. I also drank 10 glasses of water. Im really proud of myself and just knowing that i willed myself to complete it today should really push me to do it tommorrow ..the nxt day.and the nxt. last year i lost about 20 lbs total even though its the little bits that count i still want to loose more this year and my goals are set ..not turning back now .i need to turn my life around and im doing it ..thank you all for your support..check in tommorrow!!!
