If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Kathryn, Age 16 Ok, i just had like an awakening of sorts. I have always struggled with my weight. I wanted to be paper/Paris Hilton thin. But i realize that Im big. Not big as in fat, just bigger, Im tall, 5'9", and i dont have a wispy model figure. So if i ever weighed as much as a model "should" then i think i would be dead. So maybe all i really need to do is tone up. I need to start taking care of my body, not attacking it with cookie-dough OR fad diets. So Ive started, Im on the basketball team, pactice once a week, and i am starting on the track team tomorrow. And i walk everywhere, but thats only becuase i just moved and i cant find the bus, EVER. But its all good. And besides, this is my year!!!! Im gonna do it. When i go back to my school and all of my friends next year, I will be happy with my body, and no afraid to show some SKIN!!!! |
