hey everyone. i really want to loose about 20 pounds. i way 130 and i just dont feel like i did when i weighed 115 just a year ago. i want to get rid of it again. my goal is march ..do you think thats realistic? just wondering. by the way i am starting to eat very healthy and i go to the gym now about four times a week. so should five months be enough??thanks!
