Hey everyone! Im feeling good lately, I dunno why--one of my friends said that exercizing sends feel good endorphins out into your body, so maybe thats it. ANYWAY, i have started (and stayed) on an exersize regimine of just simple stuff. Im not a srtong person, so i realize that if i start with way hard stuff then im doomed to fail, and give up again. So instead of trying to do push-ups, Im just doing curls and stuff first, to make my arms strong enough to support my bodywieght. They say you have to give your muscles a day of rest, so i do this every other day. It includes stuff that is easy, like crunches and a bunch of arm stuff, and squats-- easy-- but still leaves me sore the next day, YAY. I started on tuesday, and today is my day off, and ive only done it twice, but i feel like i can keep it up! i hope that if, week by week, i up the intesity of my workout, i can loose wieght,or tone up to where i want to be by next June. thats the goal ppl!!
