Hey basketball is off to a great start and I am so happy because in the last week I have lost 2 pounds and have had a better eating habits and I am glad for myself and I hope I can be 175 by the end of the month wheich is only 4 pounds seeing as I am 179 YAY I can not weight till then and I hope I can keep up the good work and be 165 by january first but I am not goin to get ahead of myself so I am goin to slowly and carefully loose the weight I want to. What do you guys think am I doin good and d you think it is possible to loose 4 pounds by the end of this month I do but I am not sure? Also anyone who wants to giv me any advice that has worked for them is more then welcome but right now I am going to keep doing what I am doing and see if it keeps working it is prolly all the basketball I am doing that is helping me loose the weight that I want to loose.
