ok, Ive finally found a good workout that I will try and stick with. Its Pilates. I have done it before, and it really does work, so now Im gonna do it again. Before, i was only doing it to toneup, but now i need to loose weight. So wish me luck!! PS- My birthday is on Wednesday! Ill be 17! Oh and my overall goal is to loose something like 40-50lbs by next June!!
