Message Replying To From fatty, Age 14 if i ran on a treadmill for ten minutes a day did 100 pushups 150 situps and only ate 1000 calories a day do you think i could loose 20 pounds by the end of january.also i herd that situps could make muscle under your fat and just make your stomach look bigger. does any1 know if thats true |
