Message Replying To From aly, Age 15 ok well i used to be 145 pounds, and i'm 5'1, and then i went down to 119, and this year im already back at 130, but i've joined the track team, and my goal is about 7 more pounds. heres the thing: YOU HAVE TO LOSE THE WEIGHT FOR YOURSELF. forget about your family, forget about boyfriends and girlfriends, forget about friends. DO IT FOR YOURSELF. you can not CAN NOT lose weight if you are not in the right state of mind, and if you don't have the motivation. i'm telling you right now, I WILL LOSE 7 pounds. maybe not for a couple weeks-BUT I WILL. i will not cheat, i will not splurge, i will not stop my diet UNTIL I HAVE REACHED MY GOAL. with every pound i lose, i will be proud of myself, and every day i maintain my weight i will be happy. you guys cant keep putting yourself down! DO THIS FOR YOU AND DO IT! i know you all are thinking, "its not that easy" and you're right-losing weight is one of the hardest things to do. BUT YOU CAN DO IT. think of the confidence youll gain with every pound youll lose. water, fruits, veggies, BASICALLY ANYTHING in moderation, and some exercise. i promise, once you lose weight and do it for you, you wil be a changed person, with a changed life.<3 good luck everyone |
