I am 2 pounds overweight but I want to lose 15 pounds before my 16th birthday which is in 39 days.. I always give up on diets and exercises because I never see results in the first week.. Im the kind of person that likes to see results fast. If I dont, I give up and end up gaining more weight.. Does anyone have any suggestions about what I should do?? Because right now Im have no clue what to do..
