If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From lyn, Age 13 i am 13 years old and i'm like 150 pounds. i know that's over weight. i think i need to lose about 35 or so pounds. i need help. i wan't to drop five pounds before new years. however, i am willing to eat less, but i hate excercising. do you have any help to conquer that? the basketball season in my school has just started and i'm on the basketball team. i've been running for only like 15 minutes every morning and dribbling for five minutes. i don't like doing any more than i am, but i know i'm not burning enough. any suggestions you have please send to californiarules1992@hotmail.com |
