Message Replying To From Candace, Age 14 hey! I think i did really good today! i woke up at noon, so i combined brakfast/lunch. I had 2 eggs sunnyside up, 1 sausage patty, and 1 1/2 pieces of raisen toast. Then for a snack I had a little tiny noodle sample from walmart, and a banana. Then i ran 3 miles, and i walked 1 mile. I did 300 crunches. For dinner i had a healthy choice-300 cals-bbq chicken, potatoes, and corn/carrots. I also had an orange. Did i do good?? I drank water with my food. |
