Message Replying To From h to the izzo, Age 15 hey peeps, i've been on the south beach diet for 12 days, and so far, i've lost 13 lbs. its basically about for the first two weeks u eat anything execpt fruits and breads, and no ice cream! then after the first 2 weeks you can slowly add normal foods back on. within the first two weeks you will lose about 8-13 (thats what the book says)- good luck to all who are trying to be healthy! |
