hey. I want to lose about 20 to 25 pounds by June is that possible? I know its not if i keep on pigging out every other day on my diet. the funny thing is is that i eat a net worth of 1200 calories (xxxxcalories - exerise = net calories) and i lose a pound is that okay to start out with for like the first week and then does it gradually go like down to 1-2 a week? thanks
