Hey guys! I bet all of you (like me) are excited for the holidays! BUT are also kinda worried if you'll gain some weight. Because I mean, its kinda easy too. You'll be eating fabulous dinners on Christmas eve, and then dessert, ect. Then Christmas its the same thing all over again!! And New Years eve too, actuily... Well I know everyone says eat in porportion but I'm going to have some trouble with all the great tasting food around me. So does anyone have any ideas?
