OK ITS AWESUM YU ALL R TRYING 2 LOOSE WEIGHT NOW THAT YU"VE SET UR MIND 2 IT yu can do it!!! i swear ok heres the deal !!!#1~ eat healthy around 1500 calories a day dont go over but if yu accidentally do its ok yu can make it up!:)NO JUNK FOOD OR CANDY only lik mayb a lil piece of candy once a week OR SUM ICE CREAM BUT NOMORE lolz give yaself a lil treat MILK IS REALLY GOOD 4 YA IT SPEEDS UP METABOLISMM WHICH HELPS YU LOOSE WEIGHT FASTER o ya nooo pop!!! at alll soda is bad!! drink tons of water#2 EXCERSISE!!~ START OUT SLOW 1 set=10 crunches+ 5 pushups do 5 sets of these n take short water breaks inbetween remember 2 BREATHE N BETWEEN lolz sum ppl hold there breathe thats bad(each week add 10crunches n 5 pushups 2 each set) example~ 2nd week 1 set= 20 crunches+ 10pushups) if yu can do more than good go ahead lolz but add more each week or every 3 daysREMEMBER THE FIRST 3 WEEKS IF UR REALLY SORE DO THIS EVERY OTHER DAY EX.~ MON.= 5 SETS/RUN, TUE. RUN, wed. 5 sets/run ect.........then wen yu aint sore yu can do the sets n run lik everyday lolz run or jog 30min-60min at least 5 days a week |
