i dont know if anyone on here wud know butttttt i ran 3 miles 2 days ago and my calf muscles are still really tightened...i stretched b4 and after...i also feel like i have shin splints...the pain has been getting worse and now my lower back hurts as well...im a cheerleader and i know for a fact my coach will NOT let me sit out a game...i have a game today and ive been icing and taking advil non stop but nothing is helping!! wat shud i do?!?!
