If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Nicole, Age 16 Hi everyone...over the summer i was able to get to a point where i actually liked how i looked and everything else but since school has started i seemed to put on some weight...i'm about 5'6" and about 180 pounds...i would hope to get down to about 150 by May for my junior prom...i'm a cheerleader and that seems to keep me a little bit active but it's kinda hard being a cheerleader...i stick out like a sore thumb :-/...if anyone has any good tips or like meal plans please help me out...i would greatly appreciate it! thanks<33 |
