well last night i made a journal to keep on track of weight i can lose and what i have ate for that day. I am eating about 1300 or less calories a day and running a mile on the tred mill 5x a week, i have indoor soccer every saturday, and working on muscles in my arms and legs. also doing ab stuff. i was wondering if this is going to work. i want to lose about 10-20 lbs by june or earlier. i also would like to know if this is good for today, for B: i had light and fit strawberry yougart, and a half of a bananna with water, for lunch i had a tiny salad, with a piece of turkey, and a apple and a piece of roll and water, then i am going to exerice after school probably doing a mile on the tred mill, and arm and leg exercies. for snack after school i will probably have some carrots and fat free ranch or an apple. for dinner i think i am haveing boneless chicken, a vegtable, and low fat cottage cheese, and its my sisters birthday so we are having cake and icecream but i am only going to have some fat free ice cream..is this okay..can i lose weight. please reply thanks
