has anyone tried the grapefruit diet? if so does it work? please let me know as it sounds good. the link to the grapefruit diet is http://www.applesforhealth.com/grapefruitdiet.htm and that tells you what you can and cant eat. It would be really useful to know if anyone has lost weight from this! thanx Lauren (Post on here) again lol
