hello everyone..i was wondering how i did today so far, for b: light and fit ras. yougart with rasberries, then in english 2nd period i hade a few bites of apple crisp, for snack: plumb L: salad with ham in it, fat free ranch, an orange, and dry cereal=120 cal. then working out today like doing a half of a mile on tred mil and half mile on eliptical. then biceps. and legs. then a orange when i get home and dinner and maybe some yougart for snack. hows that sounds so far please respond. if ne one wants to be diet buddies let me know and we can chat. thanks
