hey im so confused still.... i asked my mum how much i could loose by september it is now january... she says a stone I NEED TO LOOSE MORE THAN A STONE i want to loose like 3 stone before septemeber does anyone know how much i can loose? im 5"4 and i weigh 155  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)
