Hi! The other night I found my mum's old Susan Powter tape, so I had a look at it last night and ended up doing 1/4 of an hour of it! So I'm going to try and do some every night. I intend on starting swimming again (lol) and maybe something else. I don't know. And also, no chocolate or sweets! I think of it like drugs. JUST SAY NO! lol. Not that simple though... but I'm going to try. By the way, Susan Powter is REALLY inspiring. She makes you really believe you can do it. I read 2 of her books last year that I found which were my mum's. Very inspiring.
