If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From candace, Age 14 hey, i know everyone is just gonna say "you need to eat more than that for the day" well..b:bowl of oatmeal (150) lunch-100 cal pack, banana, snack- banana. I ran 3 miles, had bball for 30 min. shot baskets for 30 mins, then walked a mile and did 200 crunches. for dinner im gonna have some chicken cord on blue and green beans. now, that only adds up to like, 900-1000 cals. so...can i eat more? how should i do it? |
