Message Replying To From Kathryn, Age 17 Yesterday i only drnk water cept at breakfast (milk w/ my cereal) and at night, i had a glass of milk. I hate hate HATE water. No matter what anyone says, i will always have the stupid stuff. It tastes like whatever you last ate. BUT i have also realized that it is key to loosing weight, so ive decided that i will only drink water and milk (way more water then milk) until i have hit my target weight. I notice that what i eat now, not healthily, but not UNheathily, lets me maintain my current weight. So i think if i go super healthy and a while i can loose my weight, and then go back to my normal diet. OH, and even though i havent lost any weight yet, my "skinny jeans" (any Sex and the City fanatics out there??) fit today!! Even a little loose!! YAY |
