hey everyone. this weekend i didnt do very well!! i started this diet this week..actually just cutting down and drinking plenty of water. I think ive lost some weight but i havent weighed yet. well yesterday i had a basketball tournament so i went to that, but before i left i had a bowl of apple jacks with fat free skim milk. I just had water through the tournament, then we stopped at subway on the way home. I had a club on white bread with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise(i know that is not good for you but i love it!) then we got home, and i had godfathers pizza!!!!!!! ahh! i only had 2 pieces..which i know is alot of calories but you know i already had it so i cant take them back now. This morning my aunt and uncle came so we had a big breakfast. Biscuits and gravy and pankcakes. I only had one pancake and a few buscuits with gravy. Then i had a sucker,,and a sandwich for lunch. We are about to have dinner..ham and potatos i think. Also during the 2 days ive had TONS of water. I think im just going to forget about this weekend and start tomorrow again. o yeah im ...5'9..225lbs and 15 yrs old
