Message Replying To From Shannon, Age 16 i was wondering if this sounds okay and enough for tomorrow to eat for breakfast i am planning on eating light and fit yougart (90 cal), then grapes for snack before lunch and then for lunch i am going to have a small salad, fat free dressing, baby carrots, and orange and about 10 baked light chips(about 100 cal)...is that okay or need more or less, plus maybe a snack like an orange or grapes when i get done working out and dinner?! |
