Hey people. I am working out again and i feel good. The thing is i can't help my diet. I need help in that part. I hate eating so many fatty things. And also i always feel like i am fat unless i am hungry. Even when i am just fine (not hungy but not full) i feel like i am huge. I am not really that big but i would like to lose 10 pounds (at least) and get more muscle. And working out part is good but can you please give me tips on diet? Craving are the biggest problem.
