Hello! All I know is that I am 100% sick of these extra pounds I'm carying around with me. Right here, and right now, at this exact very moment I am vowing to myself that I WILL lose weight. My mom was looking through bathing suit catalogues and it made me think of how much I wouldn't look good in a bathing suit if I didn't lose some weight. So here I am, my long term goal is to lose 25 pounds. My short term is to lose 2 or 3 pounds this week. Does anyone know any strageties to motivate myself? I know how to eat healthy and everything, but does anyone know a way to work the mind? You know, like hanging up pictures of models in bathing suits on the refrigorator or stuff like that? Thanks!
