How does this sound for tomorrow? for B: i am having apple cinnimon oatmean (130 cal) for S: grapes for Lunch i am having a roast beef sandwich (2 pieces of light wheat bread and one piece of roast beef), a light and fit yougart(90 cal), and about 10 baby fresh carrots, then after school i am working out for about 30 minutes. Then probably having an orange when i get home and for dinner i think i am having homemade chicken noodle soup again with toast and later maybe having an apple or something...does this sound okay?
