Message Replying To From Jane, Age 15 Hey guys! I'm 5'6 and about 156 lbs. I want to be 123 lbs by May. I am planning to eat fiber cereal with yogurt for breakfast, a slice of pizza for lunch and a big salad with some sort of meat for dinner. I work out in the gym 4 times a week for 45 min nd I play squash 6 times per week for hour and a half. I will also do push ups and sit ups in the morning and a pilates video 3-4 times per week. Do you think I can loose the weight before my deadline???? Thanks for your help, I would also appreciate advise... |
