Hey guys! Well I wanted to say that I havent over ate for a week! I know it sounds lame but I think I broke the habbit FINALLY. Like some of you, I would eat healthy the whole day, then at night time....BOOM. What I did was, tell my mom not to buy anything bad or make any cookies and things like that, then I really had nothing I wanted to eat! Heres my eating plan for the day, and it works so try it! For breakfast, I have a bowl of cerial with skim milk. Cereal is a great choice for a dieters breakfast. Unless you get like sugar crazy 1000 calories a bowl cereal. Then for lunch which is around 11-12ish, I have a salad or a sandwitch. Then around 3ish I have a snack! Like a power bar or big cookie or yogurt or fruit. I reccoment power bars of any types becuase theres so many out there. There soo good and its a great snack. Then for supper which I eat around 5ish, I eat whatever my mom and dad makes but not alot of it. Like tonight, my dad made grilled chicken, so I had 2 small peices and veggies. I only drink water and milk too. This is a great plan to follow and its been working for me. I hope all of you achieve your goals!
