THE BEST WAY TO WATCH WHAT YOU EAT: -write down EVERYTHING that you put into your mouth -think this "a minute on the lips, a lifetime on the hips" -I also like to keep a journal, kinda like this site that i keep my thoughts about how i did today and like if i lost or not. i started getting up about 20 minutes earlier so i could write before the day and after the day. try it. you might boost your resultz// pease out
