If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Shannon, Age 16 well i am off for this week of school because of regents week, and i wont be able to work out in the gym after school, so i really need to work out at home, does anyone know any cardiovascular stuff i can do, but i dont have a tred mill or ne thing?? because i do some thigh stuff, and ab stuff so i just need cardio...please respond if u know ne! |
