Hi! Second day! I think I did okay. And I ate a better lunch. For breakfast I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, for lunch I had a salad and water, and for supper I had roast beef with green beans and mashed potatoes (what my mom made) . I just drank a mug of hot tea, and I plan to do a little exercizing before I go to bed. How did I do?
