GOT ANY TIPS SOMEBODY?! Ok, today for breakfast i had special K and skim milk, then for lunch all i had was some tater tots(like 4)b/c i wasnt feeling too great and after school i worked out for like an hour and a half and i had some hot tea. For dinner im gonna have a salad and just a lil bit of meat with skim milk// And pointers on how i should change my diet.?? o yeah and on daiiz that ii am feeliing good, i usually have SunChips and Special K b/c i am on the Special K diet...if anybody wants to know what the results are just post..
