oh my gosh, i can't seem to go 2 days in a row eating well. yesterday i did really well, but today, i didnt do good ata ll! breakfast-bowl of cheerios, lunch-peanut butter crackers, and a cup of ice cream (170 cals) then after school i hadl ike a whole bunch of grapes, then at 711 i had all these samples, i just kept opening the sample thing. i had like 2 lil brownie squares, a quarter of a big cookie, and little chocolate doughy thing and a bite of a bagel. omg. what the heck?! well ih ave a bball game tonight so that's my excersise and im gonne try not to have more than 300 cals for dinner!
